NYC's 21 Most Exciting Fall Openings

"Opening: September When it comes to Ilis, there's a lot to cover. Here's a quick primer: From a founding chef at Noma, the restaurant will be located in a former Greenpoint warehouse. All the food will be served raw, or cooked over an open fire. The chefs will personally deliver each dish. Guests will be able to pick the length of their meals. No animals with four legs will be served, aside from bison and venison. Meals will begin with carts of produce and seafood presented tableside. Sundays are family-style. Get the gist?" - bryan kim, neha talreja, willa moore
