"Mriya Neo Bistro knows all about curb appeal. And we’re not talking about a clay-pink paint job and a sign-twirling rep. The Ukrainian spot draws passers-by in with its big glass frontage, behind which chefs sprinkle chives on golden-crumbed kievs and buttery potato varenyky bubble on stovetops. The food is tasty and the dining room is usually full of people who need a warm neighbourhood spot that feels just a touch fancy.
