Hudson Local - Review - Hell's Kitchen - New York - The Infatuation

"In Hell’s Kitchen, Hudson Local is a cork-covered restaurant with a grand piano, which will host a performer playing classics from the Great American Songbook every Thursday evening (starting September 2025). It’s from the same chef behind Hudson Vu, and the menu takes inspiration from all over the world: there’s grilled cabbage with Indian spices, golden tilefish with tomato gochujang butter, and steak marinated in shio koji and pineapple. A wine program from a Le Bernardin alum, and cocktails from an Alta Adams bartender round things out. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists.
