"Humboldt & Jackson calls itself an “American tasting room,” which is mostly just another way of saying “restaurant.” They serve mostly-American things like mac & cheese, steak, a cheeseburger, and salmon, and the space is split between a bar area up front and a big room that you can rent out in the back. The front is essentially a tiny tavern where you can eat a full meal or just hang out and drink, and it works pretty well for a very low-key date.
