"Sushi By Scratch is an omakase with locations in Los Angeles, Austin, and more. Their Miami expansion landed in Coconut Grove. The 16-course meal is far from traditional Japanese sushi. Nigiri is topped with little slices of pineapple, drizzled with melted bone marrow, and brushed with a beet mustard sauce.
