"We don’t know much about Ceiba in Lincoln Park, apart from reading that it’s a modern take on Latin-inspired food. That, and their menu is full of shareable dishes like braised lamb shank with butternut squash risotto, chicken barbacoa flautas, and a surprising number of vegetarian options.
