Bathhouse Flatiron Restaurant - Review - Flatiron - New York - The Infatuation

"Bathhouse in Flatiron looks like a Blade Runner set—sharp red and icy blue lights—and it’s a social place, filled with groups of friends blowing off steam after a long week. Once you’ve complained about work in a 190 degree sauna, or compared bonuses in the 52 degree plunge pool, the loungey upstairs restaurant is worth a visit. Yes, there’s chia pudding on the menu, but the food is reliably better and more interesting than your typical, bland spa fare. There’s hard-charred cabbage, and jammy roasted sweet potato with salsa verde and tahini, and it all tastes pretty good, paired with a fresh pot of lemon ginger tea. Plus the menu rotates, so you might find something new to try the next time you visit." - Will Hartman
