"People are being drawn to 15th and Spruce Street at all hours, and it has nothing to do with picking up Tums from CVS. It’s because of Cellar Dog, a bar and live music venue with moody lighting, a long beer list, and a massive circular bar in the middle where you can get a well-made old fashioned. The action happens while sitting at a pew near the stage—there’s jazz every night of the week (sometimes there’s a $5 cover)—or around the pool tables in the back (games are eight bucks an hour).
