Le Petit Rooster is an Upper West Side French spot that doesn’t feel like those places. You might hear Tame Impala playing during your dinner here and there’s $8 glasses of wine during Happy Hour. You can usually walk right in and get a table so it’s a great place to meet a friend for drinks and a few small plates like grilled oysters, or ratatouille. If you’re hungry enough for a full dinner, share some rotisserie chicken and the mushroom gnocchi.
