Stick to the simpler nigiri and maki—it’s the best way to enjoy cuts of fish like otoro or salmon, and their well-seasoned rice. Nomonomo has more creative dishes, but ingredients like foie gras or truffle aioli overpower the delicate flavor of the seafood.
