Sushi Kanpai - Review - First Hill - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Sushi Kanpai has one of the weirder restaurant locations we’ve experienced: the lobby of a high-rise apartment complex (M Street). If you have any friends that live there, you’ll notice that it makes the entire mailroom smell like sticky rice and nori. Adjacent fragrant mailroom aside, this is a pretty good place for a low-key dinner. The rolls are well-made (though not outstanding), the steamed gyoza is always necessary, and the prices are reasonable - making Kanpai one of our favorite casual weeknight sushi spots in town. Added bonus if your friends do, in fact, live in M-Street: your post-sushi sleepover awaits." - Aimee Rizzo
