"Dolly's is a bakery, but they also make excellent soft serve sundaes. Overachievers. They can be a bit trickier to track down than some of the other spots on this list—they're only open from Friday to Monday, and soft serve is only available from 3-5:30pm or 6pm. But the drippy, over-the-top soft serve sundaes will be worth it every time. The flavors rotate weekly (keep an eye on their Instagram), but we're not sure what could ever live up to the blueberry pancake soft serve we had on a recent visit.
