"At this aptly named Crown Hill restaurant, there are 16 different types of tacos to choose from. But no ordering hacks are needed, as the whole taco lineup is stellar. There are a few particularly excellent ones, though, including chipotle cream-doused mahi-mahi that’s just as moist griddled as it is beer-battered, the poblanos and corn spackled together by cheesy crema, and a heavily singed, cherry-red pastor pork. They’re all served on hand-pressed tortillas that are thin enough to double-up, but still stand strong to juicy toppings without cracking. With food this good, why isn’t the casual sit-down spot ever packed? We have no clue." - aimee rizzo, kayla sager riley
