"Pica’s, which is tucked away behind an Albertsons in a small strip center, makes the best Mexican food in town. Get one of their massive burritos for a dinner that could stretch into two meals—order it “wet” to get chipotle enchilada sauce, salsa fresca, sour cream, and cheese slathered on top. The quesadillas are also good—they’re made with fresh, soft flour tortillas and come with a side of black beans, sour cream, and Mexican rice.
