"1000009 Noodles is one of the best affordable dinners you can get in Phuket. They specialize in boat noodles, and even though that’s more of a thing up north in Ayutthaya, these can go toe-to-toe with any they’re serving in the former Thai capitol. You can taste the deep notes of clove and warming spices in the broth, there’s plenty of fall-apart beef, thai basil, and other herbs, and a good-sized bowl only costs around $2.
