"Sidoh means “early morning” in Zapotec, which is fitting for a cafe in West LA that opens bright and early at 6:30 am. They source their coffee beans from Oaxaca for horchata lattes, Oaxacan chocolate mochas, and cold brews infused with café de olla spices. There’s a pastry case with conchas, cookies, and muffins, plus three types of breakfast burritos, including a bacon-ham hybrid called Striker’s Revenge. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Cathy Park
