"Collingswood is known for having great restaurants, and Il Fiore is right up there with the best of 'em. It nails the Italian BYOB holy trinity: affordable mains (most are around $20), attentive, friendly service, and delicious dishes served in huge portions. The menu features several tasty pastas, including handmade manicotti with a tangy, slow-cooked beef ragu, and creamy fusilli with charred sausage and toscana beans.
