"This Allapattah restaurant makes massive (and delicious) Peruvian classics like tallarín saltado, ceviche mixto, and ají de gallina—a special that’s only available on Tuesdays. Thankfully, the tallarín saltado (a type of stir-fried noodle dish with meat and vegetables) is available every day. And we love it. It’s heavy on soy sauce and has a healthy dose of tomatoes and onions to soak up all that salt. The ceviche section of the menu should be a priority.
