"A follow-up to The Office of Mr. Moto, this restaurant in a brownstone in Williamsburg is a somewhat less formal affair. Unlike the omakase at The Office, at the (imaginary) Mr. Moto’s house, kaisen-don—featuring a 60-hour ochazuke fish broth—is the main event.
