The 18 Best Burgers In Miami - Miami - The Infatuation

"One of the best burgers in Miami isn’t technically a burger. Masa Craft’s ube longanisa frita smash might live somewhere between the cheeseburger and frita Venn diagram. But trivial burger rules be damned, this thing is incredible. The bun is purple, the crispy smashed patties are made from longanisa sausage, and this is one of the greatest things between bread in the entire city. Masa’s Cuban/Filipino concept runs the kitchen of Doral’s M.I.A. Beer Company, and also makes very good regular cheeseburgers (and croquetas) too. But that purple burger is why you should come here even if you're not in the mood for beer." - Ryan Pfeffer, Virginia Otazo
