"You’ve probably had a Philly Bagel before at one of their locations across the city. But now the operation has new owners—the team behind Schmear It—and the bagels are much improved. We like the Hot Honey sandwich, which stacks bacon, egg, cheddar, jalapeño cream cheese, and a drizzle of hot honey on a bagel of your choosing. The whole wheat everything is a standout, but all of these bad boys are hefty, slightly crisp on the outside, and have a notably chewy interior.
