"After a brief hiatus while relocating to the building next door, this Aspen standby is back and even better. Revamped in more spacious digs, the European brasserie ambiance has been dialed up to 11, with mirrored menus on the walls, black and white tiled floors, and rich red banquettes. You’ll find the staples it’s always been known for, like cheesy French onion soup and fish in a bag, which hits you in the face with a puff of buttery steam upon opening. Start with the oven-roasted campari tomatoes with prosciutto and a pillow of burrata, followed by clams with spicy chorizo, or the simple yet perfect filet mignon in a cognac green peppercorn demi with a side of frites and asparagus to share." - Katie Shapiro
