"It was only a matter of time before Memphis institution Central BBQ made its way to Nashville. They used to have two locations, but now we’re only left with a surprisingly good Capitol View spot. Sure, the interior does feel like a chain—industrial, minimalist, clean, TVs—but you aren’t really here for the ambiance. You’re here for a quick hit of hickory smoked meats that don’t require sauce in the pit. So queue up at the counter and place your order for exactly that: jumbo-size dry rub wings, ribs, and crispy-as-hell housemade potato chips.
