The vegan restaurant, which made its mark as a food truck, now has a brick-and-mortar home at the Sycamore & Oak Retail Village in Congress Heights where it’s serving damn good fake meat. The plant-based sausages are well seasoned and topped with things like pickled onions, lentil chili, and southern slaw.
