If you can embrace the overt kitsch (and below average food), it’s an ideal place for rowdy group dinners that will still leave everybody with some leftover budget for ironic Penn & Teller merch. Every entree, including a 14oz. ribeye and a chicken parm draped in a thick, leopard-spotted layer of mozzarella cheese, is under $50 and comes with unlimited red and white house wine.
