That’s because this fairly solid American restaurant from chefs behind Border Grill is located on the ground floor of a luxury retirement complex geared toward the LGBTQ+ community. You won’t find a typical PS crowd of tourists and bachelorette parties here. Instead, you’ll dine next to groups who’ve been friends since the 1970s, who live upstairs, and walk down nightly for cheddar biscuits, chicken cutlets, and several rounds of martinis.
