Koi Noodles - Review - West Loop - Chicago - The Infatuation

"Koi Noodles is a new Chinese restaurant in the West Loop. As the name suggests, noodles are their specialty, appearing in dishes like seafood curry udon and soups full of braised brisket or sichuan beef shank. Koi Noodles also has starters like fried oysters and salt and pepper tofu. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - John Ringor
