"If you’re looking for a quick bite near St. Mark’s, go to The Dip. The tiny counter-service spot from a chef who used to work at 4 Charles Prime Rib serves a few different sandwiches, including one with crunchy fried chicken on brioche, but the star here is the french dip. The massive stacks of thinly sliced meat are topped with gruyere and cherry peppers, and it comes with sides of jus and creamy horseradish that make it one of the best sandwiches in the neighborhood." - Matt Tervooren
