"Salt & Straw This popular Portland-based ice cream shop has a small cart at the stadium that often draws long lines on hot days. While the list of scoops isn't as robust as their Capitol Hill outpost, there are still plenty of great flavors to choose from, including Sea Salt Caramel and Wild Foraged Berry Slab Pie.
