A.R.T. Soho - Review - Soho - New York - The Infatuation

"The bar on top of the Arlo Soho used to be called Harold’s Surf Shack, and it was one of the more casual places where you could drink on a rooftop. Now, this place is called Arlo Roof Top (or A.R.T. for short), and it’s more of a typical club. In other words, you should expect loud electronic music, lines on weekends, and tables with “reserved” signs on them. This place does, however, still have a nice big patio, and it doesn’t get quite as busy as some other rooftops downtown." - Bryan Kim
