"The Marina doesn’t have many Mediterranean spots, but with Milos Meze, the neighborhood has a fantastic option for dipping endless amounts of pita into creamy tzatziki and red pepper htipiti. Despite the somewhat stiff dining room with uncomfy emerald velvet chairs that are pushed too close together and faux-Mediterranean murals that look AI-generated, the food is what makes dining here a great experience. The menu is long, but the restaurant excels at the basics: oregano lamb chops are juicy, bubbling saganaki is so good you’ll happily risk burning your mouth for another bite, and the tender souvlaki is the best in the city. Stick to these classics and you'll barely notice having to perform airplane-seat acrobatics every time you squeeze past those green chairs on the way to the restroom. photo credit: Ricky Rodriguez" - Ricky Rodriguez
