"A few years back, Kerlaches changed the Central Texas game by stuffing expertly smoked meats from (the now closed) Kerlin BBQ into a kolache. The original trailer in East Austin is still going strong, but now the team has expanded with a second location at the Thicket Food Park in South Austin.
