"ViceVersa is an Italian aperitivo bar where servers have a sixth sense for when you’re on the last three sips of your drink. This spot serves fantastic Neapolitan pizzas, crudo, gelato, and a family tree of negroni variations with ice cubes clear enough to read a novel through. Book a reservation for a pizza date at a table, or squeeze in at the bar for a couple sbagliatos (served in comically large glasses) before a concert. But it’s probably best not to make concrete plans after—ViceVersa is so fun you’ll just want to cancel them. Reservations for ViceVersa’s (tiny) dining room are available on Resy 30 days in advance. It’s not hard to find a weekday reservation at a decent hour. For a Saturday night table, just book a week or so in advance. But if you suffer from chronic spontaneity and want to walk in, the bar is all first come, first served. You’ll definitely have to wait for a table. But, you can order drinks from ViceVersa and enjoy them in the hotel lobby while you wait. It's top-notch people watching." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino
