"Stepping into this basement bar on H Street feels a bit more like you’ve walked into a day spa. There’s ambient music playing while silent waves splash around on the two TV’s, and when your cucumber water arrives, you might think you’re in the wrong place. But we promise Binge Bar isn’t a luxurious health club—it’s DC’s only booze-free bar.
