"Sorry to our mothers who always told us french fries weren’t a whole meal, but the fries at this food stall in Halidom Eatery come loaded with so many toppings they are, in fact, an entree. We like the Columbiano best—creamy refried beans, huge hunks of chicharron, a whole chorizo link, pico, and a massive helping of guacamole all sitting on top of standard thin-cut fries. So when you want to mix things up, Buena Papa makes interesting, enjoyable meals for frites fanatics who won’t be put off by the inevitable soggy fries situation when they overload them with toppings." - Juli Horsford
