"Even with a zipline partially blocking its view down Fremont, there isn’t a more quintessential Old Vegas setting than the domed dining room at Oscar’s. This second-story steakhouse inside The Plaza looks like a 1980s-era greenhouse, except instead of ficuses, you’re sitting next to groups of suits pounding gin and tonics and saying things like, “They filmed Casino here.” While you can’t go wrong with any big slab of meat, the best thing here is the burger. Topped with american cheese, pickles, a creamy house sauce, and a solid half-inch of fried onions, it’s quite the undertaking. Walk it off by dodging all the breakdancers on Fremont Street." - Brant Cox
