Tres Amigas Their creamy queso, guacamole, and spicy red salsa are all solid but nothing to write home about. Yet, they all tastes better when chased down with sips of tequila. Baja Fried Fish Taco Served on flour tortillas with a light, flaky piece of white fish, this taco is one of the best here. It’s piled high with shredded lettuce, a tasty corn salsa, and a drizzle of chipotle mayo. Carne Asada Street Taco Sometimes carne asada tacos can be a real letdown with meat that’s chewy and overcooked. That’s not the case with this one.
