"LA may have reached peak smashburgers, but hear us out, we have room for one more. The burgers at Bun & Blanket feature crisp seared patties that are properly juicy. Plus, their stuffed burgers are a beautiful monstrosity to behold. Our favorite is the stacked quesabirria, which has a thick patty filled with braised beef that you dip in a cup of beef consommé.
