Celia's - Review - Wynwood - Miami - The Infatuation

"Miami is rich in two things: bros with podcasts and smashburger spots. We're good on podcasts, but we’re not mad at Celia’s for bringing more smashburgers to Wynwood. Like their menu and small restaurant,  Celia’s smashburger is refreshingly simple. The one burger option, offered as a single or double, comes with american cheese, pickles, onions, and a pink sauce that’s reminiscent of 1000 island dressing—all between toasted brioche potato buns. While it won’t be the smashburger you journal about, it’s still a good late-night bite after a marathon of head bobbing at Dante’s HiFi, which is just a few steps away from this place (and owned by the same team)." - Mariana Trabanino
