"This vibrant cafe is among the palm trees and bungalows in, yes, Phoenix’s Coronado neighborhood, and sells plant-based treats. A roster of baked goods like rose cookie sandwiches and mesquite snickerdoodles pack the pastry case, and are the warm-up to bigger plates like short stack "buttermilk" pancakes (made with vegan butter) dripping with maple syrup.
