Room after room is packed with produce that you don’t need—bagel dust, black garlic beer, a myriad of chutneys—but will definitely want. In the garden, sausage rolls and hearty toasties are served with sides of crisps, French vinaigrette is liberally applied to all salads, and there's a real affinity for slabs of quiche.
