"Hank Williams Jr.’s Boogie Bar is another newer spot on the scene. So new, in fact, that parts of the hallway-like interior feel unfinished. There is truly very little going on in there that couldn’t be accomplished with some lawn furniture and a carport. Thankfully, the stage touting full bands complete with fiddlers playing classic hits more than makes up for the lack of flair. Grab a drink next to grandma in a hot pink cowboy hat and ask her where she’s from. Or swig in silence next to someone’s dad who’s catching a game on the TVs behind the bar." - ann walczak
