"Props to Australians for giving us avocado toast, especially this version at this sun-drenched Melbourne-inspired breakfast cafe in 12 South. But the Aussie-inspired hits keep coming in the form of muesli with chia seeds, berries, and candied almonds, turkish eggs covered in garlicky yogurt, and decadent ricotta hotcakes with strawberry and rhubarb compote.
