"There’s a big difference between a new restaurant that needs more time to work out the kinks and a new restaurant that’s fundamentally flawed. Barbette is the latter. Dining at this West Hollywood French restaurant is a mess from start to finish. Expect a frantic waitstaff (multiple servers running), mediocre cocktails, and a menu full of subpar versions of entry-level French dishes. Feel free to skip this place." - Brant Cox
