"On the Upper East Side, Osaka Sushi is a kosher sushi spot that has some pretty solid-looking lunch deals. Two roll combos cost $16, and three rolls will run you $22. It’s pretty close to the Roosevelt Island tram, if you’re looking for a spot for lunch before walking around over there.
