"The Marylander is bringing a little New England to East Austin, in the same food truck lot as Desnudo Coffee. The menu here is almost entirely crab-based, which means crab benedict, crab cakes, and crab cake sandwiches. And if you’re showing up to a Maryland-inspired food truck and not in the mood for crab—first, why are you here?—there’s also Old Bay chicken wings and a Baltimore-style pit beef sandwich.  We visited The Marylander and added it to the Hit List." - nicolai mccrary
