"This small Japanese cafe in SoMa is my absolute favorite spot in the city for a katsu sandwich, but their chicken katsu plate with Japanese curry is also great for a quick weekday lunch. The tender chicken has a nice crackly breading and is served on top of fluffy rice with a side of rich, sweet curry. It’s the ultimate comfort dish, and one that I’ll get every time I need something that makes me feel like I’m swaddled in a weighted blanket. - JC" - Julia Chen 1, Lani Conway
