Where To Eat Outside In Seattle When It’s Cold & Rainy

"This great Thai spot in Belltown has had a covered patio all along, and it continues to be a good choice for eating pad see ew and moo ping while it’s drizzling out. In addition to their patio, they’ve added some sidewalk seating, complete with a huge canopy tent and space heaters. If you’re still too cold after that, their comforting massaman curry should help." - aimee rizzo
