"Suba is a tiny, West African-influenced bakery in Walthamstow that makes some of London’s best croissants. The colour palette is exclusively soothing shades of carb-brown, including the leather-backed benches, which is our favourite spot for people-watching and eavesdropping on fiercely loyal locals’ go-to orders. Come early to have your pick of the bunch—aromatic caraway buns, pain au chocolat with toasted coconut flakes, and pillowy tapalapa bread.
