"Fish flown in from Japan is standard at many omakase spots, but Rockpool in Beverly Hills (run by the former chef of Yasu) is dedicated to serving sushi made with locally caught seafood, including scallops, oysters, black cod—all at prices more or less on par with Sugarfish.
